September has started, and that means Power Rangers fans are going to be learning a lot about upcoming games and expansions from Renegade Game Studios. We know that there’s some stuff that the team have really been wanting to share, and we finally got something. The other day, Teri Litorco shared a look at the box art for the Squatt & Baboo Pack to the official Facebook page, and then the following day, she showed us Legendary Rangers: Forever Rangers Pack. This expansion set will include new sculpts for Mighty Morphin Black, Pink, Red, and Yellow as well as a new sculpt for Alpha 5. In addition, we’ll get the character cards from the Kickstarter Exclusive box for the characters and brand new combat cards to use. Oh, and did I mention this is the expansion with the Thunderzords?

Of course, many fans aren’t super excited to see Mighty Morphin take up another expansion, but I am excited for this. It’s a great way for people who miss the Kickstarter Exclusive stuff to still gain access to it later on down the road. I just hope it’s a good while before we get anything for season 3 of Mighty Morphin. Maybe pad out with Time Force, Lightspeed Rescue, and Beast Morphers first?

We were also shown more recently Villains Pack 3! This set is very exciting for many fans. We’re finally getting King Sphinx (I think he should’ve been part of the core game), Pirantishead, and Terror Toad as monsters. Also, we’re going to get two new villains. Divatox and Thrax (Rita and Zedd’s son) will be leading the charge. If that wasn’t enough, we’re going to be getting new cards for Pudgy Pig and Rita Repulsa.

All of these sets will be available as part of the October pre-order Kickstarter campaign. What else do you hope to see as part of the campaign?
