Lily James (Mamma Mia!, Baby Driver), Emma Thompson (Love Actually, Harry Potter), and Shazad Latif (Penny Dreadful, Star Trek: Discovery) have all been cast in an upcoming romantic-comedy under the working title What’s Love Got To Do With It?.

The film is set to begin shooting next month and is being written and produced by Jemima Khan (Impeachment: American Crime Story) via her Instinct Productions banner, with Shekhar Kapur (Elizabeth) directing.

The film’s story details are being kept quiet, but Deadline reports that “the cross-cultural rom-com is about love and marriage and is set between London and South Asia.” This is a great cast, so I am looking forward to hearing more details about the story as they’re released.
